OakTree Aviation Services is dedicated to the credible and fair execution of every aircraft evaluation, from vintage to late-model business jets, including experimental and home-built. President/Director, and Senior Appraiser, Rick Rossner is well experienced in appraising piston, turbo-prop, pure jet, experimental, and warbird aircraft, both fixed-wing and helicopters. Rick is a Senior Associate of the Professional Aircraft Appraisers Organization (PAAO) and has over 30 years of professional flying experience.
OakTree maintains offices in Central and Southern California (Exeter & Burbank). Regardless of your location — in the United States, or anywhere around the world — we can quickly deploy our company resources to accommodate our clients, despite logistics or areas.
