All Turbine-powered aircraft appraisals are compliant with the USPAP rules of engagement. The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) was established to promote and maintain a high level of public trust by creating requirements for aircraft appraisers. 

The Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) of the Appraisal Foundation develops, publishes, interprets, and amends the USPAP on behalf of appraisers and users of appraisal services. USPAP calls for the highest standards of professional ethics.
